We are MYMCO OÜ  (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Estonia at Õie 6-13, Kuressaare, 93818.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MYMCO website (“Website”) (mymcoapp.com), mobile application, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, so it is important that you read these Terms and these policies and procedures carefully before you join the waitlist, apply to become an ambassador, or create an account in the MYMCO mobile application. The updated version will take effect when published on our website or app. If changes are material, we may also notify you (for example, via email or in-app notification). 1. Use of MYMCO website

1.1. The Website is provided solely for informational purposes and to collect contact information from individuals interested in receiving updates about the MYMCO app (“the App”) and apply to become an ambassador.

1.2. By submitting your information (“User Information”) on the Website, you consent to receive communications from us regarding the App and related services.

2. Use of MYMCO app

2.1. To use certain features (e.g. creating a profile, connecting with partners), you must create an account.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep your information updated.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2.4. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately at help@mymcoapp.com.

2.1. When you submit your information on the Landing Page, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.2. We will use the User information for purposes listed in Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

3.1. You agree to use the Services responsibly and not to:

5.1. MYMCO is a platform for connecting climbers, mountaineers and other outdoor enthusiasts. While we provide tools designed to encourage transparency, honesty, and safer connections (such as detailed profiles and reporting features), we do not verify every user’s background, skills, or behaviour.You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for assessing the risks of activities you undertake.

5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination

7.1. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

7.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end, but certain provisions (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. 

8.2. In case of disputes they will be resolved in Harju county court.
