MYMCO Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. General Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Users who join MYMCO via referral link are automatically entered into additional prize draws.
Eligibility for the main prize requires completing the required steps outlined in-app and reaching the Explorer level in the app.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must:

Be 18 years or older.
Be a registered MYMCO app user.
Accumulate a minimum of 1200 XP (experience points) by March 31, 2026.
Have prior mountain or trekking experience
Be physically fit for high-altitude trekking and climbing.
Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the end date of the trip (28.05.26).

3. How to Enter

Download the MYMCO app (iOS & Android available).
Create an account and complete at least 80% of your profile.
Earn XP (experience points) through in-app actions (e.g. referrals, following MYMCO on Instagram, etc.)
Reach the Explorer journey level.
*Participation occurs once all required actions are completed.
*Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Participants, who join via referral link, as well as those, who successfully invite 3 people to join, will automatically be entered into a prize draw for Tactical Foodpack meal packs.

4. Giveaway Period & Important Dates

Giveaway period: March 10 – March 31, 2026
XP accumulation deadline: March 31, 2026 at 23:59 EET
Winner announcement: April 3, 2026
Expedition dates: May 10–27, 2026
Arrival date to Kathmandu: 8 of May, 2026
*Entries received after the Giveaway deadline will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected at random from eligible entries.
The main prize winner will be notified by email and announced on MYMCO’s Instagram on April 3, 2026.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternative winner may be selected
Additional prize winners will be notified via email on April 3, 2026.

6. Publicity

The winners may be announced on MYMCO communication channels, including website, email, newsletter, and social media.

7. Medical & Fitness Requirements ⚠️

This expedition involves high-altitude trekking and mountaineering. The winner must:

Be in good physical condition suitable for multi-day trekking at altitude.
Be capable of walking approximately 2–8 hours per day on varied terrain.
The Organizers reserve the right to request confirmation of fitness and experience or disqualify a winner if participation is deemed unsafe.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer

Participation in the trek & climb involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, altitude sickness, or death. By entering and accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts these risks.
The Organizers, partners, guides, and affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Marketing Consent

By participating, entrants acknowledge that:

They opt in to receive marketing communications from MYMCO.
They may be added to MYMCO and partner mailing lists (where consent is given).
Consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting MYMCO.

10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

Data will not be sold and will only be shared where necessary for Giveaway execution.
Data may be processed inside or outside the EU in compliance with applicable laws.
Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with the MYMCO Privacy Policy to maintain your active user account and platform access.

11. Modification & Termination

MYMCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law.

13. Organizer

This Giveaway is organized by MYMCO OÜ.
